Honestly the best place for surgery aftercare. I came swollen and very unsure of what was to come after the worst surgery however the girls made me feel at easy. Reassured me and came up with a care package that suited my needs. I am so happy with my body now I have lost inches on my waist and the shape is unreal. I especially like naisha she was firm but gave me the contour that was needed and made me laugh throughout my appointment. She recommended products to use and gave me really good advice especially on the days I just felt really feed up. The finishing touch to my surgery journey was the sauna and wrap I really like that and will come back for more xxx

So glad I found this place! Everyone is so polite, welcoming & knowledgeable. I’ve had only 3 sessions so far with Naisha & I can already see a dramatic transformation. She is extremely professional, constantly giving advice, tips & making you feel at ease. Highly recommend.

I’ve had 6 lymphatic drainage massages so far. They were performed by Elyse and Naisha. They were both very professional, always happy to help, respond to any questions I had, constantly giving me tips and advice to help heal after my surgery. I would 110% recommend Touch of health. Everyone is very nice and welcoming as well.
