Full payments are required before garment orders can be completed.
If a refund is required, this needs to be requested within 1-2 days of receiving the garment on the basis that it has not been worn and is hygienically clean in the condition it was received in.
Garment orders can take up to a week. This may vary depending on issues with post strikes etc which are out of our control.
Body brushes are non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.
If a refund is required for any other products such as Arnica spray/ Pre/post of capsules. Everything has to be in its sealed original packaging and requested within 2-3 days from purchase.
